Nice post! I am a new entrepreneur and have not experienced the “Me Incorporated” you speak of but can definitely see myself going there without some A-players. I like that you mentioned imagining what it would be like without you in the picture. By defining each role in the organizational chart, I believe employees will know their role and hopefully become an A-player if they were not already recruited to be so.
