    Enjoyed your post! I thought it was interesting that 40% of start-uos were formed by people who were socially friends. In my mind I almost thought it would’ve been higher.

    You make some really good points about setting ramifications for relationships and the unknown, but almost guaranteed unknown occurrences that will happen in the future. Even though definite specific roles won’t eliminate all conflict later on, it should definitely help.

  2. I love that you brought new stats to the discussion. I can see how the possible lack of diversity in marketing plans and other areas can causes problems. I agree with the for former co-worker comment. I hope to have a few former co-workers join me in my start-up ambitions. Yes, being aware of “known uknowns and potential relationship ramifications” can be very beneficial Thank you so much, Toochi for your post and support throughout the course!
